Unions Balance the Scales of Power
There are currently a number of parker Hannifin locations across the country under an IAM union contract. These workers understand the core value of being able to collectively negotiate their wages and benefits with their employer. This includes:

During organizing campaigns, some workers ask, “What the union will get us?” The answer is simple. The membership – YOU – decides what is important. Your collective strength combined with IAM staff resources and experience will provide you with all you need to balance the scales of power in your workplace. Every member can voice their concerns and express what they feel is important to them during critical times like negotiations. The membership voice is heard through surveys and membership meetings.
